Summary

Metal detecting between 1999 and 2025 recovered a Neolithic flint blade; Late Iron Age, Roman, medieval, medieval/post-medieval and post-medieval pottery sherds; a medieval ceramic roof tile fragment; Roman, medieval and post-medieval coins; post-medieval jettons and tokens and a range of other, undatable and Late Iron Age/Roman to post-medieval metal objects. These metal finds include an undatable mount and lead weight; a Late Iron Age/Roman brooch; Roman brooches, a finger ring, bracelet converted into a finger ring and pateria fragment; Early Saxon brooch fragments; a potentially Early Saxon staple; a Late Saxon to post-medieval spindle whorl; medieval to post-medieval dress accessories; a medieval thimble, book fastening and lead spindle whorl and medieval/post-medieval copper alloy rings, copper alloy vessel fragment and lead weight.

1 medieval coin, a buckle and bar mount.
1 medieval/post-medieval buckle.
1 post-medieval jetton, 1 token and a lace tag.
1 undatable mount and a lead weight.

1 medieval coin, 1 jetton, 2 pottery sherds, 1 ceramic roof tile fragment, 2 buckles, 2 strap loops, a strap plate, pendent loop from strap fitting and lead spindle whorl.
2 medieval/post-medieval pottery sherds, 4 copper alloy vessel fragments and 2 copper alloy rings.
1 post-medieval coin, 1 jetton, 2 pottery sherds and a buckle.
