Summary

Metal detecting at this location in 1993 and 1998 recovered a variety of metal objects and coins. These included a medieval 'disc-on-pin' brooch, a purse bar fragment and a lead water trough for caged birds, part of an early post medieval seal matrix and fragments of a post medieval pewter spoon. The coins retrieved included four from the reign of Henry III.
