Summary

This building was initially built as a single property, though it has since been subdivided. It was constructed in 1914 by Oswald Milne, in a Georgian style of 1714, of red, orange and black bricks which had been specially made in Belgium. This two-storey house has an H-shaped plan.

House, now subdivided.
1914 by Oswald Milne in a literal Georgian style of 1714 following Blomfield. Red, orange and black bricks all specially made in Belgium. Black pantiles. H plan with service wing, two storeys and attics; five bay entrance front, with two bay wings. Half column doorcase with coat of arms. Garden front has 3 bay centre and two three-sided bay windows. Later addition at north end.
