Summary

A hollow way or sunken road can be clearly seen on OS aerial photographs from 1969 and BKS aerial photographs from 1988. It still appears to remain as a track on the current OS map.

February 2000. Hollow way. Approximately four metres from bank to bank. East bank up to approximately 1.75 metres high, west bank up to 1.0 metres high. Becomes unmetalled road to south.

A hollow way can be clearly seen on OS aerial photographs from 1969 (S1) and BKS aerial photographs from 1988 (S2). It still appears to remain as a track on the current OS 1:10000 map.
