February 1979. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Formerly Dove House Farm, 17th-century with later alterations. Flint with red brick dressings. Pantile roof with parapeted gable ends. Brick dentil eaves; two storeys...Central glazed door. Interior: chamfered beams. 19th-century single-storey west wing: flint and brick with gable-ended pantile roof..."

Small flint and brick house, originally a two cell and attic building of around 1700, the upper floor and façade remodelled in the 19th century.
Barn, brick and flint, dated 1776 (now recorded as NHER 68965).
