Summary

Metal-detecting between 1993 and 2019 recovered medieval pottery sherds; medieval jettons and a number of Late Bronze Age to post-medieval metal objects. These metal finds include a Late Saxon socketed axehead fragment; an Early Saxon wrist clasp; a Last Saxon stirrup mount and brooch fragment; medieval to post-medieval dress accessories; a medieval lead ampulla and a post-medieval harness mount and unidentified object.
