Full Description
Before 10 March 1992. Circumstance of finding and provenance uncertain. Probably metal detected and found 'near Thetford'.
Pewter disc brooch, Late Saxon, 10th century. See letter from a dealer [1] in file.
S. M. Margeson (NCM) wrote 'Lug parallel to edge and catchplate on reverse. Raised central roundel, two rows of pellets border slightly uneven edge'.
