Summary

This 17th-century timber-framed house has three bays and two storeys with an off centre stack. The service cell comprised one room. The house was extended in the 18th century. The house later became the Duke's Head Inn. It was subdivided in the mid 20th century.

Listing Description excerpt:
"17th-century timber-frame house, roughcast. Steep tiled roof with gabled ends. Brick chimney stack off centre with lozenge shaped shafts and moulded panel. Two storeys. Three widely spaced windows. Late 18th-/early 19th-century four-light casements. Plank door with modern hood in front of stack. Centre and left modern projecting brick bay window and porch."
