Summary

Sporadic metal-detecting between 2000 and 2018 recovered a Neolithic retouched flint flake, Early Bronze Age flint arrowhead; a medieval Spanish coin as well as undated, Iron Age/Roman, Early Saxon and medieval/post-medieval metal objects. The metal finds include an undated lead plumb bob; an Iron Age/Roman terret fragment; a Roman harness fitting and strap fitting; Early Saxon brooches including an equal-armed brooch and a medieval/post-medieval thimble and lead weight.
