August to September 2000. Metal detecting.
Roman copper alloy end loop cosmetic pestle, single loop, shank swelling slightly before narrowing to a damaged terminal.
Late Saxon copper alloy stirrup strap mount of Williams' Class A type 1. Stepped flange, two rivets and slightly hollow or curved base. The Ringerike style engraved decoration shwoing two addorsed beast under lobe is slightly worn and asymmetrical.
