Full Description
6-17 November 2000. Trial Trench. Contexts 9-112.
Evaluation revealed a sequence from the 11th/12th century.
Early quarrying was followed by terracing, and the frontage was built up by the 13th/14th century.
The garderobe and other features from the high status building at the west end of the plot were examined.

An archive associated with this work has been deposited with Norwich Castle Museum (NWHCM : 2023.164).
