Summary

Aerial photographs taken in 1993 show the cropmarks of a square feature that may be a medieval moat. There are also undated linear marks that may be old watercourses or drains.

Cropmark within field north of Merries Farm.
A sub square enclosure with a linear feature (drain?) running parralel with its western side. There is an additional curvi-linear feature visible as a cropmark to the immediate south east; possible palaeochannel or drain. No features visible within enclosure.
