Summary

Aerial photography from 1994 recorded the cropmarks of a D-shaped enclosure, and to the east of this three straight linear features also visible as cropmarks. These are ploughed out field boundaries.

6 July 1994. NLA aerial photography (S1). Within a single large field on Thornage Common.
A D-shaped enclosure visible as a cropmark. The southern part of the circumference is less distinct. No distinct features discernable within.
To the east of this are three straight linear features also visible as cropmarks. These are ploughed out field boundaries.
