Summary

World War Two pillbox visible on 1945 and 1970 aerial photographs. Still in place, though very overgrown, it is located in a hedge at the side of the road.

Site identified during archaeological assessment of Holkham Estate.
Octagonal concrete pillbox in hedge at side of Market Lane. Very overgrown but visible on both sides of hedge.

World War Two pillbox visible on 1945 RAF (S2) and 1970 Ordnance Survey (S3) aerial photographs. It is located at NGR TF9164 4179, in the hedge at side the road. It is sited a short distance along the road to the north of a military emplacement.
