Summary

Analysis of aerial photographs has revealed the presence of an undated rectangular enclosure that was probably part of a medieval field boundary system and enclosed a paddock.

Cropmark of small, approx. 50m long, rectangular enclosure. It appears to relate to the medieval-post medieval field boundaries and enclosures. This enclosure which surrounds a pit or pond is likely to be some form of paddock.
