Summary

Fieldwalking undertaken before July 2001 recovered a selection of sherds dating from the prehistoric period through to the post medieval period, along with a large number of medieval roof tile fragments. Pottery types found included sherds of Saxon pimply Ipswich Ware and medieval glazed Grimston Ware.
