Summary

Metal-detecting between 2001 and 2018 recovered a prehistoric flint flake; Roman, medieval and post-medieval coins and Roman, Late Saxon and medieval to post-medieval metal objects. The metal finds include a Roman rotary key, finger ring and furniture fitting; a Late Saxon harness mount; a medieval swivel from a leash, mount from a belt or harness and a suspension unit or holder for a lamp or censer; a medieval/post-medieval thimble and weights and a post-medieval mount.
