Full Description
22 July 1996. NLA aerial photography.
Cropmarks of double ditched linear feature can be seen.
These two parallel ditches extend for around 400m east to west (NGR TL 5210 9880 to TL 5250 9888), and have the appearance of some form of road/trackway. A third linear ditch runs parallel to the previous two for a short distance and about 10-15m south of them.
This site is very near to the route of the Fen Causeway (NHER 2796), just about 100m to the south.
H. Clare (NLA), 10 January 2002.
