1944 and 1948. RAF air photography.
A sea bank, probably of medieval or post medieval date, is visible as an earthwork and soilmark from NGR TF 6453 2793 to TF 6506 2791, southwest of Wolferton.
The bank seems to incorporate three probable medieval salterns.
