Summary
Aerial photographs taken in 1948 and 1967 show the earthwork of a probable medieval saltern mound. It is one of a large number in the area.

Full Description
1944 & 1967. RAF and Ordnance Survey air photography.
A probable medieval saltern is visible as an earthwork and soilmark at TF 6347 2609, northwest of North Wootton.
The mound is one of a large group in this area.
