Summary

This is the site of a saw mill. The concrete-lined saw pit was still visible in 2001 when the area was surveyed as part of the Rapid Earthwork Identification Survey.

Rapid identification survey of forestry land in advance of destumping (Compartment 112020).
Remains of sawmill clearly visible on edge of field, towards the road. The vegetation in this field is different from elsewhere and may indicate that this was originally part of the sawmill property?
