Summary

A medieval or post medieval copper alloy thimble and a post medieval farthing token of Ed. Clark, Haberdasher of Cambridge, made in 1652 were found here by metal detecting.

Late medieval or early post medieval copper alloy sheet thimble. Above a plain band around the base the sides are covered with a spiral of circular indentations, some of which have punctured through the metal. The crown is plain but has six facets which were probably formed by the user rather than the maker. 15th or 16th century.
Post medieval farthing token. Ed. Clark, Haberdasher of Cambridge, 1652.
