Map

January 2001. NMP.
A pillbox is visible on the 1944 aerial photographs (S1) at TF 6965 4420. It appears to be hexagonal in shape, and is located on the line of the coastal defence scaffolding (NHER 26694), just above the 1940s high water mark. This would have formed part of the coastal defences of this area in World War Two.
