Full Description
May 2002. Norfolk NMP.
The cropmarks of a possible ditched field boundary is visible on aerial photographs (S1). It may form part of a field system of unknown date. The ditch forms a semi-circular shape along its route, this may have been diverting around a contemporary landscape feature. The linear feature running relatively straight for 145m from TF 8209 4023 to TF 8207 4008, at which point the ditch curves around to the east, forming a semi-circle, ending at TF 8208 4005.
S. Massey (NMP), 17 May 2002
