Map

September 2002. Norfolk NMP.
Group of cropmarks visible on edge of NLA oblique aerial photographs from 1990 (S1), although none of these features were within any control point network, therefore could not be mapped. These were drawn onto notes page and a polygon produced for their approximate area. These features appeared to represent a rectilinear enclosure, centred at approximately TF 6869 4008, possible measuring around 30m by 35m. Several other linear features and rectilinear elements are visible, which may be part of a field system or area of settlement. The cropmarks are morphologically similar to those to the north, recorded under NHER 29563. A linear bank can also be seen to run from TF 6855 4014 to TF 6871 4017.
S. Massey (NMP), 19 September 2002.
