Summary

The north part of the farmhouse is three storey timber framed parlour block and stack of the early 17th century with some unusual details. The rest of the house was rebuilt in the 19th century. The adjacent timber framed barn was built in the 18th or 19th century.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"17th century timber-frame house converted into cottages. North end plastered, south end faced in red brick in 19th century. Steep black glazed pantile roof with gabled ends. Brick chimney stack off centre. Two storeys and attic. Three windows, widely spaced, 19th century 3-light casements. Interior: stopped chamfered ceiling beam."

Dentonwash Farm.
House; north cell is a good three storey timber framed parlour block and stack of the early 17th century; some unusual details. Remainder of house rebuilt in 19th century. Adjacent barn timber framed, probably 18th or 19th century.
