Prehistoric borer/scraper.
This large thermal flake is a natural product of frost action (has incipient frost cracks which would cause it to shatter if struck). Steep 'ventral' retouch has given a coarse convex scraper edge along one side, while similar retouch on the other edge has given a short point. Probably used as a borer or reamer.
K. Hinds (NLA) 18 October 2002.
