Summary

This 17th century timber framed house has 19th century additions. It has a plastered exterior, is two storeys high and has a slate roof.

Corner Farm, Rode Lane.
Timber framed house, 17th century, two storeys. Two brick chimneys equaly spaced along ridge.
(S1) notes three early 19th century casements and two plank doors.
(S2) shows three windows in rear wall, with dormer above in centre; two storeys of windows in end wall.
Roof hipped; was thatched when listed, but in 2003 it was discovered that this had been replaced by slate many years ago, retaining same roof shape.
