February 2003. Trial Trenching.
Evaluation of site of proposed reservoir. No contexts used.
Recorded an absence of archaeological features or finds, a result which is consistent with the map evidence of this area on the edge of Wells Heath and probably peripheral to the main body of the medieval cultivated land of Wells.
