"Dated 1724 on south-east gable. Red brick, steeply-pitched thatched roof. Two storeys. Parapetted gables with brick tumbling. Casements, some with leaded lights. Doors on ground and first floors. Attic window in gable."

No other details given on (S1) but (S2) and (S3) submitted in 2003 appear to confirm the period.
