An evaluation carried out in 2002 recorded several pits from which a small number of medieval and post medieval artefacts were recovered.

July 2002. Trial Trench.
Single trench excavated within footprint of proposed new dwelling. Contexts 1-8 used.
Revealed a group of three small pits from which a small number of medieval and post-medieval artefacts were recovered. Finds included ten sherds of medieval pottery, a single fragment of post medieval roof tile, a post-medieval copper alloy coin and a fragment of post-medieval window glass.
