Summary

The site of a small thatched brick cottage believed to have dated to about 1700. It was demolished at some time between 2003 and 2006.

Central partition rebuilt.
Roof probably a replacement.

A planning application to demolish this building and replace it with a new dwelling was submitted in 2003. It is clear from Google Earth imagery that this did indeed occur at some time prior to 2006. It appears that no further record was made of the cottage prior to its demolition.
