Full Description
2003. Surface collection. Two areas of finds in field called Homestall in 1810.
At [1];
Site of possible building (earthwork survey to be provided), two medieval unglazed sherds, sample of profuse Glazed Red Earthenware, one salt-glazed stoneware, many medieval roofing tile fragments, some medieval brick, much 17th to 18th century bottle glass, many oyster shells, animal bone.
At [2];
One lava quern fragment, two medieval unglazed sherds.

No significant metal objects, seven post medieval (17th to 18th century) sherds, post medieval vessel glass fragments, two fragments of late medieval or early post medieval roofing tiles.
