Summary

Nos 74 and 76 are a single building which was built in white brick with a slate roof, early in the second quarter of the 19th century. It has been possible to document the previous property on this site back to 1635, which according to the Court Book evidence was itself divided into two tenements between 1706 and 1711.

This property was rebuilt in white brick with a slate roof, and would appear early in the second quarter of the 19th century. It has been possible to document the previous property on this site back to 1635, which according to the Court Book evidence was itself divided into two tenements between 1706 and 1711, as the current building is.
