Summary

Stuated on the corner of Mile Cross and Heigham Street, this is a possibly 17th century building with a hall and cross wings, much altered. It was remodelled and extended in the 19th century when a sundial was added. The building stood derelict for many years before renovation in about 1977.

July 1978. Listed, Grade II.
Probably early 18th century, altered. Central pilastered doorcase between two projecting gabled wings. Round headed window over door; damaged sundial to side elevation. Early 19th century extension along Heigham Street.

Building was derelict for many years before renovation in the 1990s and these features may have been removed. Brick flues noted under floor.
