June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"House. 17th century. Rendered. Pantile roof. Set back from street-line. 2 storeys. 3 bays. Door to right-side with panelled surround, consoles and pedment. Sash windows throughout with glazing bars. Shutters at ground floor. Hal- hipped roof. Home of George Borrow from 1816 to 1824."
