Map

June 2003. Norfolk NMP.
The feature is visible running in a slightly meandering line from sea defence bank NHER 27057 (TF 6078 2114) to North Farm at TF 6067 2149, for a length of 375m (S1). This feature may actually be a roddon, on the line of a former channel, although it suspected that this is not the case. The bank is possibly Later medieval or Post medieval in date, and related to flood defence and land reclamation on the former saltmarsh.
M. Brennand (NMP), 27 June 2003.
