Map

April 2002. Norfolk NMP.
The potential enclosure has a length of 54m and a width of 44m, with the long axis orientated east to west, at a right angle to the road to the immediate east (S1). The southwestern corner is a sharp right angle while the eastern corners are more rounded. No internal features can be discerned. This feature is suspiciously only visible on one image, and not on its stereo pair. It is the only such feature visible in the area, and does not appear to be part of a wider system of land division and fields. The enclosure may date from any period, including later prehistory but may be a non archaeological anomaly.
M. Brennand (NMP), 16 April 2002.
