Full Description
February 2004, Norfolk NMP.
Ditches, probably relating to post medieval drainage, are visible as earthworks on 1946 RAF aerial photographs (S1). Three parallel ditches are present on a northwest to southeast alignment. The most easterly ditch is cut by the modern river embankment and extends for 110m between TG 3510 2641 and TG 3514 2631. The central ditch between TG 3510 2636 and TG 3513 2629 measures 86m with the third ditch extending for 46m between TG 3510 2634 and TG 3512 2629. (S1).
J.Albone (NMP), 05 February 2004.
