Cropmarks of two undated, probably post medieval, field boundary ditches are visible on aerial photographs (S1 to 2). The most northerly cropmark extends for 105m between TG3587 2806 and TG3597 2803. A small rectangular woodland is shown at the eastern end of this ditch on the 1841 East Ruston tithe map, but the ditch itself is not marked (S3). The second field boundary ditch extends for 65m between TG36042793 and TG36102791.
