Summary

Fieldwalking in 2003 recovered a 'vast amount' of late post medieval pottery, as well as a few Roman, medieval and late medieval to early post medieval sherds. Metal-detecting in around 2018 recovered Roman coins and a number of other metal-objects, including an undated copper alloy unidentified object; a Late Iron Age/Roman brooch; Roman brooches, a handle or furniture fitting and copper alloy hair pin; a potentially Roman possible furniture handle and medieval copper alloy and lead seal matrices.
