Summary

A watching brief before housing development recorded a pond and a sequence of dumped deposits within it and an undated ditch. No artefacts were found within the monitored footings.

Monitoring of excavation of footings for two new residential dwellings. Contexts 1-13 used.
A former pond and a sequence of dumped deposits were identified in the southeast corner of Plot One. An undated ditch was identified cutting across the northwestern corner of Plot Two. No artefacts were found within the monitored footings.
