Summary

A watching brief in advance of development in 2003 recorded no archaeological features. Finds included pottery dating from the 17th to the 20th centuries, along with window glass, brick and tile of a similarly late date.

September 2003. Watching Brief.
Monitoring the excavation of foundation trenches for a residential dwelling. Contexts 1-3.
No archaeological features were observed.
Finds included 17th- to 20th-century pottery, glass, brick and tile.
