Summary

An imposing carstone house built in 1905 in the style of Edwin Lutyens, who is locally reputed to have been involved in the design. The house has two single storey porches on the west and south sides and a hipped roof with dormer windows.

Grand house, former vicarage.
Carstone, 3 x 2 bays, 2 storeys and attic. Single storey entrance porch on west (short) side, single storey bay window and open pillared porch on south. Hipped roof with 2 cross ridge stacks, and hipped dormers. Wing to rear (north).
Built 1905 by vicar as private house, later given to church. Style of Lutyens, said (without proof) to have been designed in his offices.
