Summary

This timber framed barn dates to the early 17th century. During the 18th century a new roof was added and a cart porch added. The western end was rebuilt in clay lump in the 19th century.

Timber framed barn of the early 17th century, originally on a grand scale but reroofed and given a cart porch in the 18th century. Reduced in length in clay lump in the 19th century. Midstrey altered about 1900.
