Full Description
March 2004. Building Survey.
Survey and photographic record of Methodist Chapel in advance of demolition and rebuilding.
See report (S1) for further details. This survey is also noted in (S2). See also newspaper article (S3).
J. Allen (NLA), 2 September 2005. Amended by P. Watkins (HES), 29 June 2015.
June 2004.
Note that the gravestones all have inscriptions referring to Primitive Methodists but the chapel is labelled Wesleyan Methodist, a rival denomination. Has the present chapel therefore taken over an older site?
E. Rose (NLA), 22 June 2004.
See (S4) for further details.
M. Langham-Lopez (HES), 29 November 2012.
