1972. Listed Grade II.
Shop, early 19th century. Brown brick with slate roof. Three storeys in one bay. Plate-glass shopfront with central access. Mid 20th century casements to two floors above set beneath gauged skewback arches. Low parapet with returns conceals hipped roof. Stack on east slope of roof.
