Summary

A 17th-century timber-framed building, substantially altered in the 19th century when the upper floors were raised. The house now has a modern shopfront, and was damaged by fire in 2003.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"18th century, three-storey, two windows, plaster, pantiles, near flush frame sash windows with glazing bars, and mid 19th century scroll consoles to cornices. Modern shop front."

Ground floor has traces of early post-medieval timber frame, probably dating to the 17th century.
