Summary

Grove Farmhouse is a 17th century flint and brick house with an early 19th century façade. Nos 2 and 3 Grove Farm are a pair of two storey cottages built around 1830 of flint and gault brick. The adjacent flint and brick barn is dated to 1803. There are reused bits of medieval stone in the garden wall.

House, 17th century and 1800.
Flint and brick with cememnt render, slate roof. Three bays two storeys, early 19th century façade with two ground floor tripartite windows and three at first floor; central door with fanlight. Brick coped parapets, end stacks and offcentre stack. Rear has 17th century single pile lobby entrance of pebble flint and brick, with mullioned window in brick.
Barn dated 1803. Flint and brick, pantiled roof. Five stead with two cart entrances. Date tablet is Neoclassical.

E. Rose (NLA) noted in passing that the garden wall to south along road contains a number of reused medieval carved limestone fragments.
