Summary

Aerial photographs taken in 1946 show the cropmark of a curvilinear ditch at this location. No date was assigned to this ditch but it may have once formed part of an enclosure. Geophysical survey in this location appears to confirm the presence of possible prehistoric features, along with a possible Romano-British farmstead and at least one field system (NHER 58021).
